TRANSLATING SCIENCE THROUGH ART - Harlequin Ichthyosis
I have finished my painting for the Translating Science Through Art project. 'Lucy's Wish' is in mixed media and is 75x105cm.
Harlequin Ichthyosis is a very rare skin disease which is very difficult to cope with both practically and emotionally, and though a few casual, unscientific words here cannot do it justice, I hope the painting reaches out.
It will be part of an exhibition in London in April, and Cambridge in November.

LIFERS - Life Drawing Class in Cambridge
I am involved in this Life Drawing Class at 5th Studio in the old Dale's Brewery on Gwydir Street, just off Mill Road.
If you're still not sure where it is you may be familiar with the Hot Numbers Coffee shop, well it's literally round the corner.
Currently they are on Friday nights 6.45-9, £10 per session.
Life Drawing Classes in Cambridge are very popular at the moment so if you are interested in attending you can email us at lifers.drawing@gmail.com to see if there is any space available.
